idea.  The &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;IPS&lt;/span&gt; is a through hull pulling engine that uses the Duel Prop (also invented by  Volvo &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;Penta&lt;/span&gt;)
is  &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;supposed&lt;/span&gt; to make for &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;easier&lt;/span&gt; docking a &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;cinch&lt;/span&gt;.
The &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;outdrive&lt;/span&gt; can spin 360 Degrees.   For docking I have heard that you use a joystick, and for
&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;cruising&lt;/span&gt; a wheel.

the old N.B.T.E.  fuel.  Ethonol is a alocohol and it absorbs moisture
right of the air. The pacific boats are made of 1/4 inch welded aluminum. They are very light and very durable and don't need the as heavy of a  maintenance as you would find on fiber glass

&lt;p&gt;The E-Tec is the 2-stroke outboard that uses 1/2 the oil as regular2-strokes and less gas than most 4-strokes. In a 2-stroke engineeach piston fires once every revolution witch results in more of the line speeed. 2-strokes also are more simpler than than 4-strokes and much lighter, but louder. In a 4-stroke engine each piston firesevery other revolution. This results in a quieter, smoother engine.4-strokes do not burn oil,but they are more complex and are heaver.4-strokes generaly use less fuel, and are slower of the line.the advantage of the E-Tec is it uses a 100:1 oil mixture (most are 50:1 oil mixture).
